Refund & Cancelation Policy
1. Condition for running Courses
The offer of tuition in any module may be withdrawn and tuition canceled if a minimum enrolment number is not reached by the application closing date.
2. Refund upon cancellation by Academy
ALL course fees paid before enrolment for the module become fully and immediately refundable if the Academy withdraws the module.
3. Liability for Fees
Once enrolled, a student remains liable for the total fees payable. Dropping out of a course does not exonerate a student from payment.
4. Drop out
Anyone wishing to drop out from a course should notify management in writing at academy@acquirecentre.com giving the reasons thereof. Depending on such reasons, management will exercise its discretion to determine whether:
- to waive/reduce liability for unpaid fees if any
- to refund the part of the fees already settled
The student forfeits their tuition fees if they do not inform the Academy before the start date of their absence.
5. Rescheduling
Students must pay 60% of the course’s current fee to reschedule a missed program provided rescheduling takes place within 6 months of the original registration.
Please be advised that a one-week notice is required to reschedule counseling or class sessions. Approval is subject to Acquire Centre’s discretion.
6. Non-refundable payment
- Processing Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Subject to (2) course fees paid on enrolment are non-refundable. However, a request for a part refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The request for a refund must be made in writing, setting out the reasons thereof
- If the reason is acceptable to the institution, a minimum retention of 40% of fees paid shall apply
7. Mode of Refunds
A refund shall be effected by bank transfer ONLY to the original account through which the initial payment was made.
8. Sign off for Refunds
Any party receiving a refund shall provide to the company a statement of discharge.
9. Payment Duration
Payments may take a duration of 2 to 5 working days to process after a formal refund request has been approved. If there are any delays beyond this timeframe, a written notification will be provided, explaining the reasons for the delay
10. Dispute Resolution
A dispute about refund shall be submitted to an arbitrator and shall be mutually acceptable to all parties.
