Bofy is the founder and Lead Consultant for Acquire Centre Ltd, a professional training center set up in 2010 to provide training and certification for IT, Project Management, and other business professionals programs. Bofy has excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems, and training needs.

Bofy is a doctorial (Ph.D.) student of Computer Science, a master’s degree in Computer Networks from Middlesex University, London, UK, with a BA in Religion (major); Computer Science and Business Administration (minor) from Andrews University, MI, USA.  Bofy is trained and certified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional SCRUM Master 1 (PSM-I), CompTIA Project+, and Microsoft Certified Professional, including numerous related professional seminars and workshops.

Bofy continues his colorful career journey serving in several prominent positions across a diverse range of industries over the last 20 years including Media, Retail, Manufacturing, Education, Tourism, IT service desk, and Finance.  Starting his career as an IT support technician and rising to Director, he also founded a couple of companies and help established others along the way.  He has worked for both small and large organizations both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.  Examples include working in the UK as an IT support engineer at Barclays Capital, BBC, Channel 4, and Amazon.UK as a Quality Control Officer.  On return to Nigeria, led by his passion for traveling, Bofy founded WESA Tours Ltd in 2012 a travel and tour company dedicated to showcasing the sights and sounds of West, East, and Southern African top travel destinations. He also spent a decade in the Basic Education sector developing Alvina School from its early days to become a leader within the primary and secondary education sector in Delta state, Nigeria introducing concepts such as Pivot to Science, Care to Share, and ensuring a robust adoption of technology integration into the learning space. He became the chairman of the debate society for the National Associate of Proprietors of Private Schools in Delta State and remains an active voice for its continued development and progress.  As the founder and president of “Love in Action,” an NGO set up to teach school children the value of caring to share with less privileged pupils, Bofy led some initiatives across Delta State that promoted the receiving and distributing of alms to schools and orphanages.

As the lead consultant for Acquire Centre, Bofy has continued in his passion for training and mentorship which includes public speaking engagements, 1-on-1 counseling sessions, group training, (in-person or virtual), and consulting.  He is responsible for training in the following: Project Management, Data Analysis, IELTS Masterclass, Computer Networking, ITIL, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance.

As a TIMFA-certified master mentor, Bofy continues to offer counseling sessions for young people and new couples looking for guidance in creating their Vision Statement, Setting SMART goals, Money management, Time management, Improving Self-esteem, becoming more Assertive, and Managing Anger. Since his days as the local youth director in Milton Keynes, UK back in 2007, He has provided mentorship for hundreds of people, especially through his participation in his church prison ministry till date.

Married with three children, Bofy is a happy family man that enjoys time away with his family and constant personal development.
